Tours and Visits

You can schedule an in-person tour by calling our leasing office, sending us an email, or stopping by during business hours. Walk-ins are always welcome to tour our apartments and explore the community amenities.

At this time, we do not offer self-guided tours. Please contact our leasing team to schedule a personalized in-person tour of our Lewisville apartment community.

Application and Leasing

You can apply online by clicking the “Apply Now” button on our website or by following the application link provided by our leasing team.
Required documentation includes:

  • Driver’s license number
  • One month of most recent pay stubs submitted through Snappt income verification
  • Offer letters are accepted with a verifiable employer contact, followed by two months of pay stubs

Applicants must demonstrate a combined gross income of at least three times the monthly market rent of the apartment home.

We currently offer 15 to 18 month lease terms.

Subleasing is not permitted.

Yes, renters insurance is required for all residents.

Our leasing team will contact residents approximately 90 days prior to lease expiration with renewal options and updated pricing.

We do not participate in housing voucher programs at this time.

Move In and Move Out Support

Yes. Move-in costs include prorated rent, a security deposit, and applicable administrative or application fees.

Yes. Once approved, our leasing team will provide detailed move-in instructions and all required documentation.

Painting or adding accent walls is not permitted without prior approval.

All leases require a 60 day written notice. Early termination includes a fee equal to two months’ rent plus repayment of any concessions received.

A 60 day written notice is required prior to move-out.

Fees and Payments

Security deposits are refunded within two weeks after move-out, pending final account review.

The security deposit is $500 and is due at move-in.

Utilities are not included in the monthly rent.

Residents may pay rent through:

  • Personal check
  • WIPS
  • Cashier’s check
Money orders are not accepted.

Yes.

  • Amenity fee: $15 per month
  • Wi-Fi service: $65 per month

Parking

Yes. Parking is available in both the garage and exterior areas on a first-come, first-served basis.

Yes. Reserved garage parking spaces are available for $60 per month.

Overnight guest parking is permitted in exterior parking areas only.

Yes. There are four EV charging stations located throughout the garage, with one charger on each level except the fifth level.

Maintenance and Requests

Maintenance requests must be submitted through the resident portal. Requests are not accepted via phone or email.

Most maintenance requests are addressed within 24 hours.

Please contact the on-site courtesy officer to report noise or community concerns.

Pets

Yes, we are a pet-friendly community in Lewisville, TX.

Yes.

  • $350 pet deposit per pet
  • $25 monthly pet rent per pet

Please contact the leasing office for details regarding breed and weight restrictions.

Our community features a pet spa and an on-site dog run for resident convenience.

Yes, washers and dryers are included in every apartment home.

Bike storage is not currently available.

Yes. Residents receive 500 Mbps via Wi-Fi and up to 1 Gig via hardwire connection.

Internet service is provided by WhiteSky.

Packages are delivered to our secure parcel room located within the mail center.

All currently available floor plans are listed on our website. If a floor plan is marked unavailable, please contact the leasing office for upcoming availability.

We do not offer furnished apartments at this time.

Yes. We host approximately two resident events per month.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
